Functional description:

• Order entry via barcode, 15.4“ multi-touch display or optional OPC UA network connection.
• Order-related, automatic counting of fabric pleats at an average counting speed of 8 pleats per second.
• Precise lengthwise and crosswise cutting of pleated and honeycomb fabrics with a pleat/honeycomb depth of 20 mm – 32 mm
   

Vertical cutter:

• Vertical cutting with an automated drive for fabrics with a maximum pleat depth of 32 mm and a stack height of 300 mm.
• Automated fabric stop with high positioning accuracy for cutting pleated blinds with a width of up to max. 2200 mm.
